Environment

In 2025, Sarzi Lamiere continued to manage its environmental aspects through its environmental management system, certified UNI EN ISO 14001:2015. Activities focused on energy consumption, water resources, waste management and pollution prevention. During the year, 459 MWh of energy consumed were supplied by self-generated and self-consumed photovoltaic power. Water is not used in production processes, and total water withdrawal amounted to 920 m³. In addition, 99.7% of the waste generated was sent for recovery, recycling, or reuse.

Social

People are at the heart of the company’s management approach, with particular attention to training, health and safety, employment stability, equal opportunities and work-life balance. As of December 31, 2025, the company employed 64 people, 98.44% of whom were on permanent contracts. During the year 634 hours of training were delivered, and one workplace accident was recorded. In addition, the company completed the process for certification under UNI/PdR 125:2022 on gender equality, which was formally awarded in February 2026.

Governance

Corporate governance is underpinned by a system of of safeguards that includes the Code of Ethics, the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Supervisory Body and a whistleblowing procedure. The whistleblowing system is managed through a dedicated platform that allows reports to be submitted either by whistleblower’s identity disclosed or anonymously, while ensuring the confidentiality of the information provided. Women account for 80% of the members of the members of governing body.
