ur technical office has highly specialized technicians who care for the customers when outlining a bid and fully support them in the operational phase, when choosing materials, machinery tools and manufacturing techniques.
Being equipped with both 2D and 3D CAD software, our technicians are able to design, develop and assemble most of the tools necessary for our internal divisions, such as:
- Molds for bending presses
- Tools for tube bending machines (design only)
- Molds for radial and axial presses
- Positioning jigs for welding robots and laser cells
- Control jigs and templates
Quality Control
Sarzi Lamiere is constantly committing to renewing its management and environmental certifications.
Our managing system complies with the standards of the automotive sector ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 as for the environment.
In order to manufacture products that are in compliance with the aforementioned standards, our Quality Control division can count on highly accurate measuring machinery, such as the FARO-ARM measuring arm with laser head and CAM2Q and GEOMAGIC software.
